These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the product sales and related services provided on the website operated by the Company (Spicules), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and the user.

3. Orders and Payment

The payment currency is Singapore dollars (S$), and payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Product prices and configuration follow what is displayed on screen at the time of ordering, and the amount charged is confirmed only at the amount re-validated on the server.
Products are shipped only to addresses within Singapore.

4. Product (Cosmetic) Notice

This product is a cosmetic and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you experience any adverse reaction during use, stop using the product and consult a professional.

5. Cancellation, Exchange, and Return

Order cancellation, exchange, return, and refund are governed by the separate Exchange, Return & Shipping Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; however, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to consumers in Singapore shall prevail where they apply. Disputes shall first be resolved through consultation, and where consultation is not feasible, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court with authority over the Company's location or of the consumer's place of residence.
